We maintain an excellent track record with Health and Safety standards. We work closely with our Health and Safety Consultants who advise and oversee all aspects of our working practices. Risk assessments and method statements are undertaken and provided to ensure all requirements are site specific. These measures ensure the safety of our workforce, visitors, end users and general public.
We ensure that every member of our staff receives formal training, constantly reviewing and updating our training courses in line with business and staff needs. We pride ourselves in providing training for all levels of employee, from craft tradesmen through to senior management level.
We have extensive knowledge within the repairs and maintenance, refurbishment and general building industry. All of our staff and operatives have worked for us for many years, providing continuity to our clients. Our team work to a code of conduct with extensive experience working in sensitive situations such as schools, public buildings and working with the elderly and in most situations, can provide an emergency service without applying call-out charges.
Our customer contact centre operates from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday alongside an 'out of hours' service that operates from 5pm to 8am Monday to Friday and around the clock throughout weekends and Bank holidays.

  • I have been working closely with BMH Contract Services Limited since January 2012 in connection with Mortgage Rescue Schemes for L & Q Housing Trust.

    Due to the nature of the schemes, whereby residents have usually been through a fairly traumatic period prior to 'rescue', sensitivity in dealing with residents is imperative, particularly whilst works are being undertaken in occupation. I have always found BMH to be very mindful of this need, resulting in good working relationships being forged with residents and works being programmed around resident needs.

    Feedback towards BMH from various parties, including residents, has been very positive. BMH has certainly contributed much to what has become an effective team effort in achieving quite a number of successful Mortgage Rescue handovers to date.
